2010 BC Hydro Power Smart Leader Award

Once again, BC Hydro has honoured the Overwaitea Food Group (OFG) for its outstanding achievements in energy efficiency and innovation. At the 18th Annual Power Smart Excellence Awards on October 25, BC Hydro presented OFG with a prestigious Power Smart Excellence Award in the category of Leadership excellence.

This is the fifth time OFG has been recognized by BC Hydro for its comprehensive approach and commitment to continuous improvement in sustainability and energy management. The award is a milestone for OFG’s Green Team, a group of representatives from all across the company, which provides leadership and direction to help promote continuous improvement and raise the bar on OFG’s environmental sustainability efforts.
